Job Description

  • Offer expert guidance on technical aspects of ServiceNow development.
  • Design and build technical solutions, implement them, and conduct integration testing as needed.
  • Ensure processes and development are standardized and reflected in solution design.
  • Apply a big-picture perspective to support project success and ongoing improvements.
  • Support troubleshooting of performance, integration, and user management issues through log analysis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and drive process improvement opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Intelligence/ Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related courses
  • With Resource Management experience; 6 years experience of managing ServiceNow core platform and with at least 3 years of experience handling IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes
  • With strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and functionalities; ITIL Certification is a plus
  • Preferably with knowledge of other programming languages (HTML, CSS) and database management; Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript
  • Experience with Application Programming Interface (API) and development; Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, organized and analytical, adept at working in a collaborative team environment and independently
  • Amenable to report on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and hybrid set-up (2x RTO) in Ayala Avenue, Makati City
