  • Manage site operations: housing, catering, sanitation, and maintenance
  • Oversee HR functions: onboarding, timekeeping, labor relations, compliance, and employee relations
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for manpower and service delivery
  • Ensure health, safety, and emergency protocols are implemented

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with labor laws and experienced in managing third-party services
  • Willing to work 100% onsite
