Job Description

  • Own and drive end-to-end social media strategies
  • Build structured content pillars on financial education, lifestyle, product, and accessibility
  • Translate business goals into content formats and distribution strategies
  • Lead and guide influencers and content creators
  • Manage and optimise performance metrics (reach, engagement, MER, and retention)
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, storytelling, and positioning across platforms
  • Scale content production while maintaining quality and relevance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies
  • Leverage social media algorithms to maximise and enhance performance
  • Continuously analyse insights and optimise campaigns

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Proven track record managing social channels end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Facebook content dynamics
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with strong execution capability
  • Fintech, banking, or digital product experience is a plus
