Job Description

  • Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to align demand and supply strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate demand forecasts and supply plans.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Facilitate regular S&OP meetings and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain policies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address any supply chain disruptions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on S&OP performance and key metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful S&OP Lead should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for supply chain management.
