Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all services and maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal performance of equipment and systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for maintenance and service activities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve complex engineering and maintenance issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in overseeing engineering and maintenance operations.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • A solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Budget management and resource allocation experience.
