We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Manager to lead the Focused & Emerging vertical, driving relationship management, business development, and strategic client engagements across the financial services and fintech ecosystem. The role will own the commercial strategy, lead a high‑performing team, and bring insight‑driven credit risk solutions to key market players.

Job Description

  • Lead the Focused & Emerging vertical, overseeing strategy, pipeline development, and execution.
  • Manage 4-8 direct reports, coaching a sales team to consistently hit performance goals.
  • Drive RM & BD initiatives with a strong network across banks, financial institutions, and C‑level executives.
  • Engage clients with consultative discussions around credit risk, credit scoring, and data‑driven lending solutions.
  • Build senior relationships across assigned portfolios and act as a strategic partner.
  • Translate client challenges into actionable, insight‑led growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal analytics, product, and consulting teams to support and convert opportunities.
  • Deliver annual revenue commitments and manage accurate forecasting.
  • Shape long‑term and short‑term sales strategies aligned with target markets.
  • Represent the organization at key industry and sector events.
  • Set KPIs, develop performance plans, and mentor team members for long‑term growth.
  • Lead major sales programs and support organizational initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Sales Manager/Lead should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Strategy, or Consulting within financial services.
  • Strong RM & BD background with an established network in banking and C‑suite circles.
  • Deep understanding of credit risk solutions, credit scoring, lending decisioning, and fintech dynamics.
  • Local market experience strongly preferred.
  • Ideally coming from a competitor or adjacent credit risk / data analytics provider.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and grow a high‑performing sales team.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and insight‑focused storytelling.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (minimum two days onsite weekly).
