Job Description

  • Lead the overall test strategy, ensuring full coverage of requirements, risks, and standards across the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, reliability, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Design and implement automated test solutions and build scalable testing frameworks and infrastructure.
  • Develop software tools and systems to support test automation, data acquisition, and validation processes.
  • Integrate software solutions with hardware, firmware, and laboratory equipment to enable end-to-end testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, drive root cause analysis, and improve product performance.
  • Produce clear documentation and reports to communicate test results, technical risks, and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and mentor junior engineers on validation and software development best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in testing power electronics systems, with exposure to team leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of electronic principles, components, and circuit design.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, electronic loads, and AC sources.
  • Demonstrated capability in creating test plans, developing fixtures, and building electrical testing environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python and C#, with strong application of object-oriented programming in automated test solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and failure analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
