Job Description

  • Lead strategic engagements to expand adoption of the company's technology portfolio across public safety, defense, and critical industries.
  • Drive long-cycle, high-value opportunities by managing relationships with senior stakeholders and government decision-makers.
  • Navigate the full RA 9184 procurement process - from pre-procurement influence to award and notice to proceed.
  • Coordinate pre-sales, architects, bid teams, and technical experts to accelerate pursuit timelines and mitigate deal risks.
  • Shape competitive positioning, run sector-specific growth campaigns, and counter low-cost market challengers.
  • Ensure governance compliance and escalate critical issues to regional leadership when necessary.



The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 15+ years of enterprise or government technology sales experience within a multinational environment.
  • Has deep, practical expertise with Philippine public-sector procurement frameworks, particularly RA 9184.
  • Has a proven track record closing multi‑million‑dollar system integration contracts.
  • Possesses a strong executive network within public safety agencies or large enterprise accounts.
  • Operates as a commercial "general manager" with resilience, technical fluency, independence, and the ability to drive results in long sales cycles
