Job Description

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with suppliers across LATAM, particularly Brazil
  • Lead and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure commercial value and risk mitigation
  • Identify opportunities to optimize supplier performance, cost, and service quality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across procurement, operations, and finance
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure timely escalation when required
  • Support expansion efforts and onboarding of new suppliers within the region
  • Ensure all agreements align with company policies and regional regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent Portuguese speaker (essential), with strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience in supplier/vendor management or procurement roles (also open to those with commercial background)
  • Strong background in contract negotiation and commercial agreements
  • Ability to work LATAM time zone hours
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-informed decisions
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
