Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support company objectives.
  • Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast and plan for demand requirements.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and build lasting partnerships.
  • Monitor logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and distribution.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies within the supply chain.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain principles within the FMCG/Pharmaceutical/ Logistics industry
  • Strong in demand planning, inventory management, and stakeholder management
  • Proven expertise in inventory management and demand forecasting.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and relevant analytical tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A track record of ensuring regulatory compliance in supply chain operations.
