Job Description

  • Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology needs and projects.
  • Ensure system security by implementing best practices and monitoring for vulnerabilities.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related queries effectively.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Must Haves:

  • Proficiency in AWS and automation tools (CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Ansible, etc.).
  • Incident management and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge around Linux/UNIX
  • Microsoft stack experience (Windows Server, IIS, AD, SQL Server).
  • Scripting knowledge (Python, shell)



Plus to Have:

  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Octopus).
  • Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with logging/APM tools.
