Job Description

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Head should have:
