Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and build effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and recruitment events.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and networking events in the Taguig area to attract potential candidates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Lead should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong knowledge of the Technology & Telecoms industry and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
