Job Description

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on hiring decisions.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Partner should have:

  • Relevant experience in recruitment or Human Resources, particularly in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
