The Organizational Development & Talent Management Manager will lead enterprise-wide OD, talent, and change management initiatives to support the organization's ongoing transformation and modernization journey. Reporting to the HR Head, this role will drive organizational effectiveness, leadership development, succession planning, and culture-building across a workforce of 20,000 employees nationwide.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies to support business goals.
  • Lead organisational development initiatives to improve efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Identify and implement training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Conduct talent assessments and succession planning to address workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of HR programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Manage employee performance systems to ensure consistent growth and recognition.
  • Provide guidance on change management to support business transformation efforts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Management and Organizational Development Manager should have:

  • A strong background in human resources, particularly in talent management and organisational development.
  • Experience in the retail industry or similar sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and align them with business objectives.
  • Skills in training, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating HR programs and driving improvements.
