Job Description

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to align with organisational objectives.
  • Lead succession planning efforts to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Oversee the design and execution of employee development programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify key talent and skill gaps.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
  • Drive leadership development by curating specialised training programs.
  • Manage performance evaluation systems to support employee growth.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational design.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Management Senior Manager should have:

  • A background in Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing talent development strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of succession planning and leadership development.
  • Skills in performance management and workforce planning.
