Job Description



  • We're looking for technology professionals who want to take their industry and technical knowledge beyond delivery and into a highly consultative career where they can advise technology & HR leaders, build lasting partnerships, and directly impact how organizations attract and retain top talent.
    • Partner with CTOs, CIOs, Engineering Managers, Technology Directors, and Product Leaders to understand hiring strategies and workforce requirements.
    • Build and manage long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment engagements from market mapping to offer negotiation.
    • Source, assess, and advise technology professionals on career opportunities and market conditions.
    • Develop a specialist network within your chosen technology vertical and become a trusted advisor in the market.
