Job Description

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Analyze market trends to ensure competitive positioning of rewards programs within the insurance industry.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership teams to align rewards with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all rewards-related activities.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain a fair and equitable pay structure.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits to both management and employees.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate total rewards strategies and outcomes effectively.
  • Continuously review and improve rewards programs to enhance employee experience and engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Total Rewards Consultant should have:
