The Trade Credit Insurance Analyst role handles trade credit insurance operations across the full transaction lifecycle, partner screening, premium reconciliation, cash allocation, data migration, and resolving operational queries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation. Assists with audit and reporting requirements by supporting internal and external audits, performing control checks, and preparing ad hoc operational reports.

Job Description

  • Provides end-to-end support for trade credit insurance processes, including partner screening, transaction handling, and issue resolution with internal teams.
  • Ensures financial and operational accuracy through premium reconciliation, cash allocation, and compliance checks such as four-eyes reviews.
  • Supports system and project initiatives by performing data migration and maintaining accurate records in line with established standards.
  • Contributes to audit and reporting needs by assisting with internal and external audits and preparing operational reports as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least three years of experience in insurance operations, financial services, credit control, or technical accounting; exposure to trade credit insurance or specialty lines is a plus.
  • Foundational knowledge of insurance workflows, accounting principles, and financial control practices.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in digital tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, with a degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
