This role acts as the key link between Accounting and Technology, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Financials to support efficient, accurate, and integrated financial operations across the organization. Job Description

Workday Financials Strategy & Optimization

  • Oversee system design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing enhancements of Workday Financials.
  • Ensure smooth integration with other enterprise platforms and maintain system stability.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to leverage new features and innovations.



Accounting Process Improvement & Business Partnership

  • Serve as the main liaison between accounting functions and technology teams.
  • Evaluate financial processes to identify automation, efficiency, and accuracy improvements.
  • Translate accounting and business requirements into scalable technology solutions.



User Support, Governance & Reporting

  • Provide expertise and support for Workday Financials-related issues and inquiries.
  • Conduct training sessions and promote best practices for system usage.
  • Deliver reports and updates on system performance, projects, and strategic initiatives to leadership.



Collaboration & Team Culture

  • Promote a collaborative, respectful, and professional working environment.
  • Encourage teamwork and open communication to achieve shared goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in accounting and financial systems, with Workday experience as an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and experience with ERP implementations in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively across teams.
