Job Description

  • Drive sustainable and profitable growth across a portfolio of strategic food and beverage customers.
  • Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining a strong commercial pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs, market trends, category dynamics, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights into commercially viable solutions and innovation projects.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead customer engagement initiatives and strategic business reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Regulatory functions to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Influence stakeholders across local and regional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to regional coordination activities and strategic growth initiatives where applicable.
  • Position the organization as a preferred strategic partner within the food and beverage industry.

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • Approximately 10-15 years of commercial experience in:
    • Key Account Management
    • Business Development
    • Strategic Sales
    • Commercial Leadership
  • Proven track record managing large and complex customer accounts within the food ingredients, food & beverage, or related B2B sectors.
  • Experience working with major food and beverage manufacturers.
  • Exposure to regional stakeholders or regional coordination activities is an advantage.
  • Experience selling food ingredient solutions, flavors, functional ingredients, specialty ingredients, or similar value-added products.



Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • MBA preferred.
