Job Description

  • Drive sales growth, distribution expansion, and market share performance across the assigned territory.
  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customer stakeholders.
  • Lead account planning activities, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate commercial risks.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform business decisions and actions.
  • Execute commercial programs, promotions, and in-store initiatives to maximise visibility and sales performance.
  • Deliver regular business reviews and manage inventory, forecasting, and operational performance with distribution partners.
  • Coach and develop distributor sales teams to improve capability, execution, and results.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure excellence in merchandising, trade activation, and retail execution across the region.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standard

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or a related industry.
  • Experience managing distributors and driving performance through indirect sales channels.
  • Strong negotiation, commercial planning, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience covering Central Luzon or a similar territory.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Must be based in Pampanga
