Job Description

    • Manage and grow strategic key accounts acrossVisayas, primarilycentralized in Cebu, by strengthening relationships with regional stakeholders
    • Execute sales and distribution strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and coverage targets
    • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
    • Lead field visits and store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising, promotions, and visibility standards
    • Drive excellence in 4Ps execution (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) across assigned accounts
    • Collaborate with distributor teams to ensure alignment on sales targets, route planning, and execution priorities
    • Identify sales gaps and implement action plans at store and cluster levels to improve performance
    • Oversee timely implementation of product launches, price updates, and promotional campaigns
    • Lead negotiations and joint business planning initiatives with key regional accounts
    • Monitor performance data and provide insights to optimise strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales with exposure to key accounts or modern trade environments
  • Strong leadership capability managing distributor or field sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and deliver against commercial targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly analytical with strong proficiency in sales reporting and MS Office tools
