Job Description

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance visibility and market share in the retail industry.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials and advertising efforts across online and offline platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners, including regional teams.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies within the FMCG space or retail industry.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
