Job Description

  • Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and converting target accounts through strategic outreach and consultative selling
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive cold outreach, networking, and lead follow-ups
  • Expand and grow existing accounts by uncovering opportunities, cross-selling solutions, and scaling long-term partnerships
  • Own the end-to-end business development cycle, from prospecting and pipeline creation to deal closure and revenue growth
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite and senior IT decision-makers, to influence outcomes
  • Engage clients with value-driven interactions, aligning digital solutions to their business and technology goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and drive deal closure
  • Lead proposals, presentations, and strategic sales pursuits to win high-value engagements

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-8+ years in B2B sales, ideally in IT services or digital solutions
  • Proven hunter mindset with success in winning new clients and building pipeline
  • Strong consultative selling skills across complex, high-value deals
  • Confident engaging C-suite and senior IT decision-makers
  • Track record of hitting targets and growing accounts
  • Collaborative, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
