About Our Client

A leading multinational animal health organization is seeking a Business Unit Manager for Poultry to lead its largest and most strategic business unit in the Philippines. This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven professional with deep poultry industry expertise and strong people leadership capability.

Job Description

  • Lead and grow the Poultry Business Unit with full P&L accountability
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with national and regional objectives
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals across sales, technical, and vaccination services
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders, including large integrators and KOLs
  • Balance technical excellence with strong commercial execution
  • Drive disciplined CAPEX and OPEX management
  • Act as a key member of the local leadership team, with exposure to regional and global stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Veterinary Medicine background strongly preferred
  • Extensive experience in the poultry industry, including vaccination, feed, nutrition, and milling
  • Proven track record managing key strategic accounts (e.g., large integrators)
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial decision-making
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and succession development experience
  • Well-established industry network and reputation
  • High energy, resilience, and a clear growth and "fighting spirit" mindset
