Job Description

  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and sales performance
  • Develop and execute annual business plans for the swine portfolio
  • Align local execution with broader regional and global strategies
  • Identify growth opportunities through customer and market insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Lead implementation of commercial strategies and sales capabilities
  • Manage P&L and monitor financial performance against targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams on product launches and initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Unit Manager - Swine should have:

  • A degree in business, marketing, veterinary science, or related field
  • Strong experience in the swine or animal health/life sciences sector
  • Proven track record in business management and strategic planning
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into action
  • Experience managing financial performance, including P&L oversight
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to align local execution with broader business strategies
