Job Description

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
  • Use data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in recruitment within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
