Job Description

  • Lead commercial strategy and execution across the Philippines market
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributor partners, acting as the primary key account lead
  • Drive sales performance through both direct engagement and distributor channels
  • Collaborate with regional product specialists and cross-functional teams across SEA
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence in key accounts
  • Engage with major hospitals and healthcare stakeholders to support long-term growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategy

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years of experience in sales or key account management
  • Proven experience working with distributor sales models
  • Experienced in sales of medical devices and capital equipment (e.g., MRI, CT, or similar)
  • Strong exposure to a major private hospital in Makati (non-negotiable)
  • High-energy, driven, and commercially focused mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in the Philippines with deep local market knowledge
