As part of its continued expansion in the Philippines, our client is seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Country Manager to lead market growth and establish the company as a strategic AI partner to leading enterprises nationwide.

Job Description

As Country Manager, Philippines, you will lead the company's commercial growth in the market, with direct responsibility for revenue generation, strategic account development, and overall business performance.

This is a highly sales-oriented leadership role suited for a proven enterprise sales leader who can drive new business, manage strategic client relationships, and own local market results.

You will:

  • Own revenue growth and commercial performance for the Philippines
  • Develop and execute the local go-to-market strategy
  • Drive new logo acquisition while expanding strategic enterprise accounts
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across key verticals
  • Work closely with regional leadership to achieve business objectives
  • Partner with solution, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success
  • Develop strategic partnerships that accelerate market penetration
  • Manage local business operations and contribute to overall P&L performance
  • Represent the company across the Philippine enterprise and technology ecosystem

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a commercially driven leader with a strong track record of enterprise technology sales and business growth.

You will likely bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets and closing large, complex enterprise deals
  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, cloud, CX, contact center, automation, or enterprise software solutions
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline and create opportunities independently
  • Experience managing large multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise organizations
  • Proven ability to engage C-level executives and influence strategic decisions
  • Strong commercial acumen with exposure to business management and P&L responsibility
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support relationships with regional stakeholders and customers



Preferred Backgrounds

  • Country Manager, Sales Director, Commercial Director, Enterprise Sales Leader, or Business Head roles
  • Experience within AI, Voice AI, SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Software, Contact Center Technology, CCaaS, CX, or Digital Transformation businesses
  • Strong network across Philippines enterprise accounts, particularly within Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, BPO, Healthcare, and Large Conglomerates
  • Experience growing a market, territory, or business unit with ownership of revenue targets
  • Background in high-growth technology companies or regional software vendors
