Job Description

  • Lead the development and optimization of analytics platforms across departments
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity
  • Create and manage dashboards, ad hoc reports, and KPIs for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports via platforms like Salesforce, ensuring customer insights inform business strategies
  • Contribute to data governance, training materials, and CRM guidelines to ensure organization-wide adoption and compliance
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during CRM system updates and releases
  • Assist the Senior CRM Manager in key CRM analytics and data projects
  • Identify and prioritize key business data needs for better forecasting and decision-making



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM or customer analytics (preferably in B2C retail environments)
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau
  • Solid understanding of statistics, datasets, and Excel-based modeling
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and project management skills
