Job Description

      • Improve customer journey and service delivery across channels
      • Review data trends to identify gaps and opportunities
      • Streamline workflows to increase efficiency and consistency
      • Work closely with regional and cross-functional teams
      • Monitor KPIs and track performance metrics
      • Support rollout of tools, systems, and process enhancements



The Successful Applicant

    • Fluent in CN or KR + EN language (non-negotiable)
    • Background in customer, operations, or process-focused roles
    • Strong analytical approach with attention to detail
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills
