Job Description

  • Define and execute the overall digital commerce strategy across owned platforms, marketplaces, and emerging online channels
  • Lead full P&L ownership for eCommerce, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance optimization
  • Set commercial direction for pricing, trade investments, and channel economics aligned with broader business goals
  • Develop and continuously refine the direct-to-consumer (D2C) portfolio, including assortment strategy and value creation initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities across different business models (B2C, B2B2C, and hybrid formats)
  • Build and implement strategic roadmaps for digital platforms and omnichannel integration
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, sales, supply chain, and external partners
  • Establish strong partnerships with key external stakeholders such as platforms, distributors, agencies, and fulfillment providers
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and translate data into actionable business decisions
  • Champion best-in-class online execution, ensuring brand consistency and superior customer experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing digital commerce team

  • Strategic ownership of the organization's online revenue growth and digital commercial agenda
  • Responsible for building and strengthening consumer engagement across digital touchpoints
  • Key contributor to the organization's broader digital transformation and omnichannel evolution
  • Works closely with regional/global stakeholders to align market execution with global priorities

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital, or omnichannel leadership roles
  • Proven track record managing P&L and delivering sustainable growth in online channels
  • Strong exposure to marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) and direct-to-consumer models
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and building capabilities
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for commercial decision-making
  • Skilled in stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape
