Job Description

Digital Marketing Assistant Manager - Global Beauty Retail

    • Support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
    • Manage day‑to‑day digital campaign trafficking, optimization, and performance tracking
    • Partner with global and regional teams to align digital initiatives with brand and commercial objectives
    • Oversee agency and vendor coordination for media, content, and campaign delivery
    • Analyze campaign performance and consumer data to generate insights and recommendations
    • Assist in managing digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking
    • Support e‑commerce, CRM, and social media initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and engagement
    • Coordinate content calendars and asset delivery across platforms and markets
    • Monitor digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activity within the beauty industry
    • Ensure brand guidelines and best practices are consistently applied across all digital touchpoints



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in digital marketing across multiple channels such as paid media, social, CRM, content, or e‑commerce
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working with agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs, tools, and platforms
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
