Job Description

As the Digital Search & Web Optimization Head - Global FMCG, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end search marketing programs, including SEO and paid search, across digital platforms and eCommerce environments
  • Oversee website optimization initiatives covering content, UX, analytics, and customer journey improvements
  • Own relationships with external agencies, ensuring optimal performance, delivery, and alignment with business goals
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, providing regular insights and performance reports to stakeholders
  • Drive implementation of global search frameworks, tools, and best practices across markets
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on digital projects and initiatives
  • Assess search maturity of brands and markets, identifying opportunities for improvement and capability building
  • Guide and mentor team members, ensuring strong capability development and effective resource allocation
  • Lead execution of large-scale digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Continuously identify process improvements, technology enhancements, and innovation opportunities to elevate service delivery



The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong focus on search and web optimization
  • Proven leadership experience managing huge teams including managers and senior specialsits across digital workstreams
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies, tools, and performance optimization techniques
  • Experience working in agency or shared services environments supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Good understanding of website platforms (e.g., CMS like Drupal) and analytics/UX tools (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing tools)
