Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to meet organizational hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs and create tailored hiring plans.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring processes and suggest improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and networks.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during all hiring processes.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the business services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Director should have:

  • 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for team management and KPI ownership.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring across diverse role types, including high-volume recruitment and specialized talent acquisition for technology, finance, and marketing functions.
  • Experience in developing and executing innovative hiring strategies in the business services industry.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
