Job Description

  • Lead the activation of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across your market or function, aligned with global employer brand direction.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders to translate hiring needs into targeted attraction strategies.
  • Develop and deliver locally relevant employer brand content that brings employee stories to life.
  • Design and execute multi‑channel attraction campaigns across social, digital, and careers platforms.
  • Drive employee advocacy to amplify authentic storytelling and extend employer brand reach.
  • Manage external agency partners where required.
  • Use data and insights to track performance, optimize activity, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all external communications meet quality and brand standards.
  • Stay ahead of employer branding trends, GenAI developments, and evolving candidate search behaviors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employer Branding Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction within a complex or matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, content strategy, and audience engagement.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
  • Data driven, with experience using insights and analytics to optimize attraction activity.
  • Creative and solutions oriented, with a strong eye for storytelling and content quality.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
