Job Description

The Finance Country Lead is responsible for:

    • Lead theManilaorganization by setting site strategy, aligning operations, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


    • Oversee RTR and intercompany accounting operations, ensuring high-quality execution while driving standardization, automation, and adoption of digital finance and AI tools.


    • Strengthen intercompany close processes and invoice processing performance by improving accuracy, timeliness, governance, and issue resolution while reducing downstream disruptions.


    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with global finance leaders, enhancing transparency, trust, and supporting the expansion of finance activities into Manila.


    • Drive organizational growth through effective workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and recruitment initiatives.


    • Develop leadership capability and position Manila as a premier finance talent hub by promoting coaching, mentoring, employee engagement, and future leader development.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Country Lead should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA would be advantageous.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, compliance, and reporting.
  • Leadership skills to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with the industrial and manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
