Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting & finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Lead should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead financial teams effectively.
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports for decision-making purposes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a large organization.
