Job Description

  • Maintain and regularly update the fixed assets register to ensure data accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Execute timely asset capitalization, depreciation, and disposal transactions.
  • Conduct periodic physical asset inventories to verify records and address any discrepancies.
  • Generate comprehensive fixed asset reports to support internal reviews and external audits.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper asset documentation and tracking.
  • Assist in enhancing systems and processes related to fixed asset management.
  • Ensure alignment with both local and international accounting regulations, as well as internal company policies.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve asset utilization and drive cost efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proven proficiency in fixed asset management and financial reporting systems.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and applicable standards.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage large data sets.
  • Prior experience in the business services industry is an advantage.
