Job Description

  • Develop and execute the overall business strategy aligned with organizational objectives
  • Own and manage full P&L accountability, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are achieved
  • Drive market share expansion across channels and regions
  • Lead and integrate sales, marketing, and trade functions for unified execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, customers, and distributors
  • Manage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders across global and regional markets
  • Oversee pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and revenue management initiatives
  • Champion consumer insights and data-driven decision-making across teams
  • Identify new market opportunities, including geographic expansion and category growth
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across multiple markets
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure aligned execution

  • Strong track record of owning P&L and delivering sustainable business growth
  • Deep expertise in sales, marketing, and business strategy execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex environments
  • Excellent leadership capability with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams
