Job Description

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
  • Drive expansion within the gaming monitor and display segment
  • Manage and strengthen B2B channels, distributors, and key accounts
  • Lead go-to-market planning, promotions, and channel initiatives
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with partners, distributors, and enterprise clients
  • Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and deliver on sales targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Prepare and present forecasts, reports, and strategic insights
  • Travel nationwide to support business development efforts

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
  • Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Highly driven, independent, and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Open to frequent travel across the Philippines
