  • Lead the execution of global total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with global reward policies and compliance with local regulations.
  • Analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations for competitive compensation structures.
  • Manage the administration and communication of employee benefits programs.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of performance-based reward initiatives.
  • Ensure the accurate reporting and auditing of compensation data.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for total rewards policies and practices within the organization.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to support organizational goals through effective reward strategies.

The Successful Applicant
