Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of senior business development professionals and market development specialists.
  • Establish performance objectives, monitor pipeline health, and drive consistent revenue delivery.
  • Conduct regular opportunity reviews and provide strategic direction on complex pursuits.
  • Foster a results-oriented culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Guide market prioritization and territory planning across assigned international regions.



Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute international go-to-market strategies that support long-term business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry verticals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Refine customer segmentation, value propositions, and competitive positioning by region.
  • Lead commercial discussions involving pricing, proposals, and enterprise contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with marketing to strengthen lead generation initiatives and regional campaigns.



Sales Operations & Execution

  • Drive CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and sales process standardization.
  • Monitor key commercial metrics and implement initiatives to improve conversion and productivity.
  • Partner with delivery, operations, and compliance teams to ensure successful client implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to international recruitment, labor mobility, and regulatory requirements where applicable.



Client & Industry Engagement

  • Build executive relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Support the team in high-value presentations, negotiations, and complex sales opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and international business forums.
  • Identify emerging market trends and provide recommendations to strengthen competitive positioning.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of business development or commercial experience.
  • At least 5 years in international business development and 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in international recruitment, workforce solutions, talent mobility, BPO, or related industries.
  • Experience developing business across at least two international markets (e.g., GCC, Japan, North America, or Europe).
  • Strong enterprise sales, negotiation, and commercial strategy skills.
