Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, membership, and profitability targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate regional and national sales teams to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with corporate clients, insurance brokers, intermediaries, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels to drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall client experience

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Sales should have:

  • A solid educational background, preferably in business, management, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in sales management within the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
