Job Description

Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for Bancassurance and Affinity Partnership channels
  • Drive revenue growth, membership acquisition, and portfolio expansion through strategic partnerships
  • Establish and deepen relationships with key banking institutions, financial services organizations, and affinity partners
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities across corporate, lifestyle, digital, and membership ecosystems
  • Lead commercial negotiations, partnership structuring, and contract management
  • Create go-to-market initiatives with partners to maximize customer acquisition and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure successful partnership execution
  • Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and productivity
  • Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support business planning and innovation
  • Represent the organization in industry events and strategic stakeholder engagements

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, bancassurance, affinity programs, insurance, healthcare, financial services, or related industries
  • Proven track record of generating revenue through strategic partnerships and distribution channels
  • Strong network across banks, insurance providers, healthcare organizations, membership groups, and corporate institutions
  • Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and execution capabilities
  • Excellent presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
