  • Lead the team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.
  • Utilize data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful COE TA Head should have:

  • A strong background in human resources, particularly talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to lead recruitment strategies
  • Expertise in employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making in recruitment.
