Job Description



  • Strategic HR Partnership
    • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
    • Provide expert advice on HR processes, policies, and labor law compliance.
    • Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies.


  • Operational HR Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of 9 HR professionals in services and administration.
    • Deep dive into day-to-day operations to ensure HR support is aligned with business needs.
    • Implement and monitor HR metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.


  • Employee & Labor Relations
    • Lead collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations and labor relations strategy.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and industrial peace across unionized environments.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.


  • Change Management & Organizational Development
    • Navigate ambiguity and lead change initiatives across the organization.
    • Support organizational design, restructuring, and capability building.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.


  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and line managers.
    • Build strong relationships with legal, compliance, and external labor bodies.
    • Represent the company in industry forums and government engagements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Director should have:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Leadership skills to guide and inspire the Human Resources team.
