Job Description

  • Oversee employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to HR staff to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including HMO and other perks, to enhance employee satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
