Job Description

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and compliance initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies to align with organizational goals and local regulations.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive improvements in workforce management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Supervisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices within the life science industry.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
